So I hope you have in your hearts to forgive me and accept and read the newsletter with a smile. As the boat circled to pick him up, he noticed a hunter in the reeds. My friend put his hands in the air and shouted, "Don't shoot!" The hunter replied, "Don't quack!" Kids are funny You don't have to join 'Humor Anonoymous to adopt humor in your life It's okay to be silly. When things get too serious - sometimes nonsense makes the best sense Surround yourself with 'positive' and 'fun' people Don't restrict your reading, listening or viewing to bad news only! In your leisure time opt for comedy TV, fun videos etc. Take a cue from children - they are our greatest source of humor Don't shut out humor because you think it's a waste of time and may make you look immature Use humor and laughter for stress release and relaxation When depressed, or in a down mood - call a a 'humor buddy' Collect humor material - create you own humor library Schedule fun into your life, if you don't, it won't happen Keep 'fun' things around you, reading material, cartoons, fun props etc. If you can't laugh - smile! If you can't smile - fake it until you make it!
If you loose your zest for laughter - you loose your zest for life! Life is good when laughter is frequent!
